Becky Spuller
MSW, LCSW, CADC III
I’m a therapist who deeply values compassion, connection, and the power of feeling seen and heard. My approach is relational at its core—I believe that meaningful healing begins within a safe, trusting relationship. I work from a trauma-informed lens, and it’s essential to me that every person I meet feels respected, supported, and truly understood.
As an experiential and relational therapist, I draw from a range of modalities that invite deeper self-awareness and healing, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic practices, and mindfulness-based interventions. These frameworks help us explore your inner world—not just through conversation, but through felt experience, curiosity, and gentle attention to the wisdom of the body.
Our work together will be centered on your story—your relationships, transitions, and the moments that have shaped you. Whether you’re navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, or recovery from substance use, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is to co-create a space where you can make sense of patterns, reclaim your strengths, and begin to write new chapters on your own terms.
Like so many, my personal journey has been marked by unexpected transitions and deep learning. I grew up in a home impacted by alcoholism, where emotional safety often felt out of reach. In my younger years, I struggled with feeling “not enough,” chasing connection while battling internalized shame and disconnection. My own healing began when I found the courage to name those patterns and ask for help. That experience changed everything—and eventually, it led me away from a long career in the corporate world and into the heart of this work: supporting others through their own brave process of growth and change.
Recently relocated from Indiana to the lush landscapes of the Pacific Northwest, I’ve been rediscovering wonder in nature—wandering forest trails, listening to rivers, and watching the mountains shift with the seasons. At home, I find grounding in slower joys like baking, gardening, or curling up with a book. With our children now grown and making their own way in the world, my husband and I share a life filled with music, laughter, and our beloved animals.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of someone to walk alongside you, you’re not alone. Together, we can create space for healing that honors your story, your values, and the life you’re hoping to build.
