Life is beautiful.
But it can also be hard. Stress is a normal part of being human, yet over time it can lead to feeling overwhelmed. You might experience chronic emotional or physical symptoms that leave you with little room for joy. You might notice it affecting your relationships, your work, or overall well-being. If you’ve made it to this page, you might be looking for support with anxiety or depression, navigating a relationship challenge, or finding a way out of patterns that no longer serve you. The good news is that change is possible. Many of us struggle because we simply don’t know where to begin.
Therapy provides a space to slow down, gain clarity, and see yourself from a new or different perspective. It can help you understand what’s getting in the way, reconnect with or find your strengths, and build tools that make meaningful change. You don’t need to have everything figured out, we’ll find a place to start.
I was born and raised in rural Eastern Oregon on my family's farm and I miss the hot summers of my youth. Outside of work I enjoy being out in nature with all the Pacific NW has to offer. I also enjoy a good book and music, theater, and dance. For the past 20 years I have lived on the Oregon coast and I’m excited to explore my new surroundings in Lane County.
I work with adults, teens 15 and older, and families with the following concerns: depression, anxiety and related disorders, trauma and post traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss, therapy and support for caregivers of the Neurodegenerative disorders, self-esteem, life transitions, and women’s issues.

Counseling Technique
My counseling approach is grounded in openness, curiosity, and respect. I strive to create a space where my clients feel genuinely seen and heard. Therapy with me is collaborative—you are an active partner in identifying your goals, shaping your treatment plan, and determining what feels most helpful for your growth. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful, sustainable change.
