Rhys Conger
Marriage and Family Therapy Associate
I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel safe to explore your past, present, and goals for the future. My style is collaborative, non-judgmental, and transparent. I believe strongly in the healing power of learning, connection, and humor.
I became interested in becoming a therapist as a teenager, after having a positive experience of it at a time when I felt especially isolated and overwhelmed. I found having my own dedicated space, to process and explore my thoughts and feelings, to be deeply helpful. I believe strongly in working collaboratively with others and I aim to be a kind and supportive resource for you on your journey.
In my personal life, I enjoy trying new recipes, playing video games, and listening to audio-books while I cook. I also enjoy watching reality television and spending (arguably too much) time on the internet.
I assist clients who are experiencing a range of presenting concerns including: anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-esteem, identity, adverse childhood experiences, stress, shame, and psychosis.
